The sales penetration rate of new energy loaders in China has grown from 1.8% in February 2023 to 5.8% by September. Standing at the forefront of this evolution, XCMG exhibits remarkable performance with a penetration rate of 12.1%. Electric forklifts play an essential part in this achievement.

XCMG designed its new energy loader production line for new energy models, including electric forklifts. It effortlessly adapts to rapid product upgrades and iterations, laying a solid foundation for the intelligent manufacturing of new energy equipment products. What’s even more noteworthy is that the production line does not only produce emission-free new energy vehicles but also utilizes clean energy throughout the manufacturing process, effectively eliminating industrial emissions. Material distribution and transfer are achieved with motorized equipment, including automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and electric forklifts, contributing to high automation levels and low energy consumption.

The impact of XCMG’s green manufacturing strategy extends beyond the production line, significantly reducing Scope I, II, and III emissions. Each new energy loader has an average working time of 3,000 hours, saving 32.3 tons of carbon emissions and 118.35 tons of CO₂ emissions annually. Currently, nearly 1,500 units of XCMG new energy loaders are in operation, leading to an annual reduction of 48,400 tons in carbon emissions and 177,500 tons in CO₂ emissions. The company anticipates that by 2025, the annual sales volume of XCMG electric loaders will reach 5,000 units, cutting CO2 emissions by an impressive 592,000 tons annually. The company’s electric forklifts play an essential part in this success.

In 2010, XCMG pioneered the world’s first Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) loader. Today, the company boasts a comprehensive product portfolio of pure electric, hydrogen-powered, and hybrid new energy products. One outstanding example is XCMG’s electric forklift, XCB-L25.

The company’s product range is not just limited to different fuel sources, but it also encompasses the application of intelligent technologies. These include remote control capabilities and uncrewed operation, revolutionizing how we think about manufacturing and logistics.
