What happens when Lucid, Ford, Kia, GM, BMW, Michelin, Tesla, and dozens of other EV insiders gather in Long Island, New York? You get Electrify Expo’s first Industry Day on the East Coast, taking over Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on October 17, 2025.

For one packed day, the people driving progress in how we travel, charge, and even take to the skies will open the doors early for media, influencers, reviewers, and industry professionals eager for first-hand access before the public arrives.

You could sit at home scrolling through press releases or catching up on recap clips after the fact. Or, you could be on site, riding the newest e-bikes, e-scooters, and e-skateboards, behind the wheel of the newest hybrid, plug-in hybrid or all-electric vehicles, speaking directly with automaker executives, and landing interviews your audience actually wants.

“Industry Day is a launchpad for breaking news, new technology, and major brand announcements,” said BJ Birtwell, CEO and Founder of Electrify Expo. In other words, a content goldmine.

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., attendees will have full access to demo rides, exhibitor displays, and hands-on experiences across the venue. The day continues with eight focused panels, each covering the most talked-about topics in electric mobility

Expect discussions on longer-range batteries, the growing availability of affordable EVs, charging that fits seamlessly into daily routines, instant torque and performance, artificial intelligence in autonomy, updates on tax credits and policy, and yes, even flying cars (eVTOL) entering the conversation.

Time to film, test, connect, and create. With brands like Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC (GM), Kia, Toyota, Lexus, Lucid Motors, Rivian, Volvo, Anker, ChargePoint, GOTRAX, GreenCars, Hankook, HeyBike, InMotion, Maeving, Naxeon, ONYX Motors, PSEG, Sunrun, and dozens more on-site, you decide how to spend your day.

Testimonials from participating brands highlight why this event hits differently. Natalie Novotny of P-51 Bikes has seen the value firsthand, “Seeing something online is one thing—but feeling it, riding it, and comparing it side by side with other brands? That’s a whole different experience. Electrify Expo gives us that platform in a way no other event does.” Their weekend demo rides have grown in the hundreds, a direct sign that audiences are showing up ready to ride and buy.

LeMond echoed that sentiment. Jamie Riddle said, “We have seen a strong conversion rate at the Electrify Expo, with a significant number of test riders turning into enthusiastic buyers. We have customers driving up to 4-5 hours to attend the show for demo rides.” It is proof that the event pulls in highly motivated audiences.

And then there’s Hankook Tire, the presenting sponsor of the EV Demo District. President, Rob Williams said, “We recognize Electrify Expo as the leading North American EV event and as such, the ideal opportunity to showcase our innovation in the electric vehicle market and connect with consumers and ignite new passions for sustainable mobility solutions.”

If you want to sit in on a panel with Lucid’s Nick Twork or GM’s Andy Oury, you can. And if you prefer to capture content with a plug-in hybrid SUV, an all-electric truck, or the latest e-bike or e-scooter, that option is yours too.

This is the largest gathering of test-ready EVs and mobility tech on the East Coast this year, and the access is entirely in your hands.

For creators, the clock is ticking. Apply by September 30, 2025, and you can lock in free access if your application is approved. Miss the deadline and you are looking at $99 for Friday-only tickets or $125 for the full weekend.

The Creator Lounge is designed with you in mind, complete with StarLink high-speed Wi-Fi, Anker charging stations, and plenty of space to edit or upload on the spot. Every panel, demo, and product reveal offers content that could be yours to capture first. So why let someone else take that spotlight?

So, the question isn’t “should you go?” The real question is, why would you miss it?

Do not wait until the clips hit YouTube or TikTok from someone else’s feed. Secure your access now and be the one creating the content everyone else talks about. Head to https://www.electrifyexpo.com/industry-day and lock in your spot today.
