Bianchi’s e-Omnia family has a fresh look, thanks to the unveiling of new colorways by brand ambassador and former Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg.
The new colors include Iron Gray, Brown-Bronze, and Bianchi Celeste. Rosberg, who is now focused on sustainability initiatives, opted to partner with Bianchi because of his belief in “a greener world of e-mobility, and that e-bikes are part of the solution.”
The Bianchi e-Omnia is meant to have a broad appeal, with the brand wanting to meet the needs of every type of rider. Its flagship bike is the C Type urban model, with a clean and elegant gravity-cast aluminum frame with a step-through design. It comes with a 500 Wh or 625 Wh battery, cranks out 85 Nm of torque, and can go up to 142 km (88 miles).
The T Type is the touring bike, built more for weekend riders as well as city riders. Built to handle smooth asphalt all the way to light gravel, you can get the 500 Wh battery or the 625 Wh battery (or a dual battery option). It has the same 85 Nm of torque as the C Type, but this one can go up to 195 km (121 miles) with the dual battery.
Lastly, there’s the eMTB segment, and the e-Omnia has both the X Type and the FX Type to fill that role. You get the same battery options and torque as the T Type, but here you have a pair of stiff hardtails to shred the trails.
Fun fact: the Bianchi Celeste colorway is Rosberg’s favorite, because “it reminds me of the color of my helmet the year of my Formula 1 title.”
