Jeep Reintroduces Punk’n on Gladiator and Adds Bikini Color to Wrangler

Punk'n gladiator, Jeep color is back
  • The refreshed 2024 Jeep Wrangler will be available in a limited-edition Bikini color.
  • Jeep will also offer the 2023 Gladiator with a limited edition Punk’n color.
  • These special-run colors can be ordered and will arrive on lots in September 2023.
  • Bikini will be available on the Jeep Wrangler 4xe plug-in hybrid EV.

Nothing says summer quite like a topless and doorless Jeep Wrangler, and the automaker is offering a pair of popular summertime colors – Bikini and Punk’n. Bikini will debut in the 2024 Jeep Wrangler and Punk’n will be available to order on the 2023 Jeep Gladiator.

Bright and Bold Jeep Color

You might imagine a yellow-polka-dot bikini, but a Jeep Wrangler Bikini color is a bright teal. The unique Gladiator Punk’n color is a brilliant orange. Jeep is known for offering limited edition Wrangler and Gladiator colors. Punk’n was first offered in 2020 when the Gladiator debuted – it’s also been available occasionally on the Wrangler. Bikini is a new offering only on the 2024 Wrangler.

Senior vice president and head of Jeep North America Jim Morrison said, “Like other special-run colors for Wrangler and Gladiator, Bikini and Punk’n appeal to a huge enthusiast following because they’re authentic and adventurous, just like the Jeep community.”

Additional color choices for the 2024 Jeep Wrangler include:

  • Anvil (medium gray)
  • Black
  • Bright White
  • Earl (gray with hints of blue)
  • Firecracker Red
  • Granite Crystal (dark gray)
  • High Velocity (bright yellow)
  • Hydro Blue (bright medium blue)
  • Sarge (Army green)
  • Silver Zynith (silver)

The 2023 Jeep Gladiator is also available in the following colors:

  • Black
  • Bright White
  • Firecracker Red
  • Granite Crystal
  • High Velocity
  • Hydro Blue
  • Sarge Green
  • Silver Zynith
  • Sting-Gray (medium gray)

Special-run limited colors like Bikini and Punk’n add $795 to the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. Shoppers can order these colors now, and Wranglers and Gladiators in these special colors will arrive in September.

About the Jeep Wrangler

The Jeep Wrangler is recognized around the world for its off-road capability and historic specs. The iconic vehicle is available in several powertrains, including the best-selling Jeep Wrangler 4xe, a plug-in hybrid with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, two electric motors, and a 17.3-kWh battery with about 21 miles of all-electric range.

The Wrangler is also available with a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, the turbocharged 2.0-liter without the electric motors, and a 6.4-liter V8 (Hemi) engine. The 2024 model year has a refreshed front grille, a full-float Dana rear axle, and an optional 8,000-pound Warn winch. The 2024 Wrangler will have a 5,000-pound towing capacity, up from 3,500 in the 2023 model year.

About the Jeep Gladiator

The Gladiator is the Jeep truck modeled after the Wrangler with the iconic seven-slot grille and removable doors and top. This vehicle is not available as a plug-in hybrid powertrain. Instead, Jeep offers it with the V6 Pentastar engine or a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6. It has the same off-road capabilities as the Wrangler and can tow up to 7,700 pounds.
