Chrysler Halcyon Concept Offers Vision of Brand’s All-Electric Future

The Chrysler Halcyon Concept is a testament to the automaker’s evolutionary leap into a cleaner, more technologically advanced future. It boasts cutting-edge technology that not only promises full autonomy but also offers a customizable driving experience that adapts to each individual’s preferences. Fully Using the Stellantis STLA Platform

The Chrysler Halcyon Concept integrates STLA Brain and STLA SmartCockpit technologies. The vehicle features a low-to-the-ground profile, with a front air blade aerodynamic pass-through that enhances performance and all-important BEV range capability. 


Butterfly-hinged canopy and red-carpet-style side doors allow easy access. The rear seats retract into the trunk area. In Prepare Mode, the AI assistant uses an Intelligent Cabin Comfort feature to set HVAC levels and uses predictive navigation for real-time traffic routing. The concept includes an STLA AutoDrive technology platform, enabling Level 4 autonomous driving experiences.

This Chrysler EV concept uses an 800 V lithium-sulfur battery, recognizing the latest advancements in battery technology. These batteries offer an estimated 60% lower carbon footprint than today’s best-in-class EV batteries.

The vehicle is also outfitted with Dynamic Wireless Power Transfer charging capability, which means it can wirelessly recharge as it travels, allowing for unlimited range.


Chrysler’s Plan for an Electrified Future

Chrysler’s dedication to an electrified future is underscored by plans to introduce its first all-electric vehicle by 2025. Embarking on this journey, the brand envisions a shift toward a fully electric portfolio by 2028, a strategic move in harmony with the Stellantis Dare Forward 2030 initiative.

The Halcyon Concept is a leader among Chrysler concept cars, a shining example of this commitment. This Chrysler EV concept encapsulates the essence of innovation geared toward eco-friendly propulsion and sets the stage for the company’s bold ambition to reduce its carbon footprint by 50% by 2030.
