How Voltstack Mobile Chargers Can Change the Construction Segment
The Voltstack 30k Level 2 Mobile EV Charger from Portable Electric is a battery energy storage system that is versatile enough to meet the needs of various machines. It has 30 kW of power output and 80 kWh of battery capacity, so whether it’s boost charging, setting up temporary charging stations, or providing on-demand recharging services, the Voltstack 30k has got it covered.
This charger plays a crucial role in recharging Volvo’s electric construction equipment, including the ECR25 excavator and the L20 and L25 wheel loaders. And if the battery runs low, it can even engage a diesel generator through its “Smart Hybrid” feature to keep the power flowing.
The Voltstack itself is portable, meaning it can be transported to and from the job site and recharged from the power grid outside of work hours.
And thanks to this official partnership, Volvo CE’s 245 North American dealer locations will now offer customers the chance to bundle the Voltstack 30k Level 2 e-Charger with the purchase of Volvo electric construction equipment.
