Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-In Hybrid Coming to Electrify Expo

More exciting news for the upcoming Electrify Expo Long Beach! Mitsubishi Motors is bringing its acclaimed Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-In Hybrid SUV to the expo, which is being held May 19-21. Attendees will be able to take the new plug-in hybrid for a test drive, alongside plenty of other new electrified transport options.

About the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Plug-In Hybrid SUV

The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV holds the title of being the first-ever plug-in hybrid SUV. It has an all electric-range of up to 38 miles and a total combined range of 420 miles, with a 64 combined MPGe.

Plus, trims like the SEL and higher trim levels stand out as the only mass-market PHEVs that can be fast-charged with DC power. They can be charged up to 80% in just 38 minutes, making recharging a breeze.

Prices range from $39,8451 for the entry-level ES trim, all the way up to $49,9951 for the top-of-the-line 40th Anniversary Edition.

The 2023 Outlander PHEV has earned a fair number of awards already, including “Northwest Outdoor Activity Vehicle of the Year” by the Northwest Automotive Press Association and “2023 Family Green Car of the Year” by Green Car Journal.

Mitsubishi will be among plenty of other brands sharing their electrified vehicles at the event. Electrify Expo is the largest e-mobility festival here in North America, and it’s being kicked off with the Long Beach event this coming weekend.
