The 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E is making a strong impression with its performance and safety. Designed to keep you and your loved ones safe, this all-electric SUV earned the TOP SAFETY PICK+ award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) for models built after August 2024. It’s proof that Ford is focused on building vehicles that combine style, practicality, and peace of mind.

The Mustang Mach-E’s safety features have been put through intense testing and performed impressively. To earn the TOP SAFETY PICK+ award, it secured strong ratings in key areas like the small overlap front and updated side tests, along with effective pedestrian crash prevention. These thorough evaluations ensure that every drive prioritizes protection and confidence.

Bob Holycross, Ford’s Chief Sustainability, Environment, and Safety Officer, reflected on the achievement, “Our rigorous internal safety evaluations ensure Ford and Lincoln products meet the highest standards. Across our portfolio, we are dedicated to designing safe experiences for our customers and all road users.”
