Alfa Romeo to begin production of their 2024 Tonale Hybrid. This marks a significant milestone for Alfa Romeo as they enter the premium compact CUV segment with their first plug-in hybrid vehicle.

The use of a plug-in hybrid powertrain with a 15.5-kWh lithium-ion battery and 90-kW electric motor delivers an electric range of more than 30 miles, while the 1.3-liter turbocharged engine contributes to a best-in-class 285 horsepower. Additionally, every Tonale includes all-wheel drive, making it a formidable contender in its segment.

One of the most compelling aspects of the Tonale is its design. As the first compact sport-utility vehicle from Alfa Romeo, the Tonale has over 112 years of heritage built into every car.
